Good to know
I'm not good with websites. Can I really do this?
Yes. Listo works like the apps you already use: add photos, type the price, tap Publish. A short welcome guide walks you through your first property, and we set everything up with you.
I already post on Lamudi, Housal and Facebook.
Keep them, they bring buyers. On a portal you sit next to other agents; on your Listo page you're the only one. Share your own links in groups and on Marketplace, and every message comes to you.
Do I need my own domain?
No. You get a free address like maria.listo.homes. On Plus you can use your own name as the domain; we set it up for you.
What about the PRC rules for ads?
Your PRC accreditation number and your broker appear on every page automatically, so your listings show what the rules ask for.
Can I stop any time?
Yes. There's no contract. If you stop, your page is paused and your listings are kept for 30 days in case you come back.
How do I pay?
GCash, Maya, bank transfer or card. Yearly plans cost ten months instead of twelve.
